Ballet

Musicality has had such a huge impact on my life. Thanks to this company, my confidence is higher than it ever has been, and I’ve been able to work on my skills as a performer in a very friendly and comfortable environment.

Ballet is an essential skill for any performer and indeed provides the basis of most if not all dance genres. Ballet improves the way in which a performer presents on stage and offers many other benefits:

    Encouraging long and lean muscles instead of short and tight ones. Your waistline becomes more defined, muscles are strengthened encouraging a flatter abdomen.
  • Improves posture, poise and confidence…
    Making you more aware of your physical alignment which will affect the way you stand, sit and walk during normal daily activities. Simple and thoughtful moves, often at the ballet barre, help to develop grace and poise.
  • Promotes good health…
    Each ballet dancer will interpret dance movement in their unique way, the release of this personal creative expression can be highly-therapeutic and often can relieve stress, as the dancer focuses on the moves and music. With muscles strengthening, back pain is often reduced and the whole body becomes more flexible.

Musicality manages to maintain a high standard in a relaxed and friendly environment. I would highly recommend!
