Company Principal & Creative Producer
Originally from Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, Amanda is a fully qualified dance teacher, having trained in Ballet, Modern and Tap.
Whilst in Hertfordshire, Amanda taught with The Carol Allen School of Dancing and performed and choreographed regularly at The Barn Theatre.
As a choreographer, Amanda has worked on numerous musical theatre productions for over 30 years now. From ‘Pal Joey’ and ‘Stepping Out’ to ‘West Side Story’ and ‘A Chorus Line’.
Amanda founded Musicality in 2008 and the company has produced a wide variety of shows, six of which have been NODA nominated and their production of ‘Thoroughly Modern Millie’ in 2017 won ‘The Best Production in Wales & Ireland 2017’. High praise indeed!

Musical Director and Vocal Coach (Whole School)
Eleri is from Loughor and has an excellent reputation as a musical director, vocal coach and accompanist. She has a BMus degree from Cardiff University. Eleri has sung with the BBC Singers, National Youth Choir of Wales and still performs regularly with the Swansea Bach Choir.
Since 2011, Eleri has been the Musical Director of Musicality Academy and is also singing teacher and vocal coach to may of our students. She is heavily involved in preparing our students for their auditions for drama schools, conservatoires and university.
Dance Teacher and Choreographer (Upper School)
Emma is an accomplished and experienced dancer who has trained in most dance genres including, Ballet, Modern, Tap, Jazz and Contemporary. Emma has appeared on several television programmes and has won many awards at festivals and competitions over the years including ‘Tap Dancer of the Year’! She is particularly proud to have work-shopped with creative professionals such as Wayne Sleep and Michael Flatley.
Emma choreographs for Musicality as well as teaching our Ballet, Tap and Contemporary classes.
Teacher (Lower School)
Emily trained in Performing Arts and as well as teaching for Musicality, continues to perform as an active member of our Senior Academy. Emily has had years of acting and musical theatre experience and has appeared in several TV productions and commercials. Her son Lewis, (also a member of Musicality) was ‘Baby Neil’ in the TV series ‘Gavin and Stacey’. Emily teaches all our ‘Debut’ sessions as well as Mini Musicality, Movers, Dance Fusion and our ACTion! drama classes.
Emily’s teaching assistant is Zoe Way who trained in performing arts at Chichester University and is also a regular performer with our senior company. Her pastoral assistant is Gemma Partridge, who is Musicality’s longest serving member and specialises in caring for those with additional learning needs and disabilities.
