On Sunday 12th March, we were delighted to spend the day with ‘Thoroughly Modern Millie’ Director, Dan Phillips, who came from London especially to work with our cast and crew.
Dan who is just about to open a play in Hamburg, Germany, is taking time out of his busy schedule to work with Musicality and this isn’t the first time! Dan also directed our productions of ‘Putting it Together’ and ‘The Addams Family’ which went on to be nominated for several awards and won ‘Best Production’ in Wales and Ireland in 2015.
We spent the day looking at all our scene changes, which without giving too much away are going to be a little different to what you usually might expect! As always, we try and produce our productions at Musicality with a little twist and this years production of ‘Millie’ will be no exception! More than that..we cannot possibly say!
