Musicality Academy is thrilled to announce its theatre programme for 2019 which is sure to include something for everyone!

Both our Junior Company and Mini Musicality students will perform this fun production, which tells the story of the tortoise and the hare. Both Henry Hedgehog and Harvey Hare are battling for the position of Mayor but Harvey doesn’t play fair, and Toby Tortoise knows it! A race is arranged between Harvey and Toby to settle a score, but he is too busy evicting a family of squirrels and being nasty to all his fellow woodland workers to notice that his plans may be scuppered!

Pack your suitcase and join us for ‘Summer Holiday’… the happiest of all musicals that includes classic hits such as Summer Holiday, Bachelor Boy, Move It, Living Doll, and loads more! The story follows Don, his three workmates and a London bus, as they embark on a fun packed boy’s holiday to Paris, in search of a good time and a brilliant summer.
Their amazing adventure is full of fun, laughter, and of course romance, as they end up travelling to Paris, The Alps, Italy and Greece, with a girl band they find along the way,
and a young American pop star who has run away from home!

The Clyne Farm Centre, Mayals, Swansea
A trio of 30-Minute Shakespeare plays performed by our Youth and Senior companies.
Contemporary versions of ‘Twelfth Night’ and ‘Macbeth’ will be performed, along with a more traditional version of ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’.
All three productions will take place in the lovely open air surroundings of Clyne Farm. We will be keeping our fingers crossed for a balmy summer’s evening – However, come rain or shine, these performances will go ahead as planned, as we love a challenge!
Three very different productions that involve all our academy students and we can’t wait to get started. We hope you join us at at least one of these productions…who knows…perhaps all three!
